The Department is not in the business of selling jewelry and does not have the capability of examining or testing any jewelry item, including stones contained in or on a jewelry piece, to determine its type, composition, quality, weight, size, or any other factor related to the quality, genuineness, or value of the item. Items included in this auction have not been examined or tested by a jeweler or other individual experienced in jewelry valuation.  Even if otherwise marked, none of the jewelry in this auction is represented as being a genuine precious metal (gold, silver, etc.) or precious stone (diamond, ruby, etc.).  All items are sold as is, where is. No recourse will be provided regarding any item purchased. 

We do not have sizes on any of the rings nor the lengths of the bracelets nor the necklaces.
