Auction items are sold as is. All Sales are final. Pictures posted may not depict all (if any) defects. Hard drives have been removed from computers/servers and all other electronic equipment devices.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. 

Pay MAC, handles all payments for Cochise College. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! 

PAYMENTS
Payment is due within 5 business days after auction is complete. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released. 

PROPERTY PICKUP
Buyers are responsible for arranging pick up of their items. Please see Auction Contact for contact information.

Buyer must call to make an appointment for pick up. Appointment date and time must be confirmed by Cochise College staff to be considered valid.  Please note, if buyer shows up unannounced, you could be turned away to schedule an appointment. Pick up time frame is within 5 business days after payment. Available Pick up summer hours are from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, except for holidays. These terms are non-negotiable.

Ensure you have the necessary help, equipment and vehicles to accommodate the loading of items. Cochise College DOES NOT provide any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods required for removal and transport of the items, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of all items.

Lots purchased must be removed in their entirety. Items abandoned or not picked up without written authorization from Cochise College will revert to the Cochise College to re-sell or dispose of the property, also may result in the loss of future bidding privileges by Buyer with Cochise College.

Cochise College does not pack, label, weigh or ship any items, nor has any type of equipment available for the help/loading of any items of this auction.

COVID-19 Face Coverings and Social Distancing will follow the CDC guidance. Faculty, staff, students and community visitors should educate themselves and make their personal decisions on these matters, based on their individual situation. Face Coverings and Social Distancing, while not required, will be encouraged for those unvaccinated, health compromised or desiring extra protection.
